We understand that the financial cost of private practice therapy may not be accessible for everyone. We are happy to provide receipts that may allow you to be reimbursed through your health insurance plan. Direct billing is available through Blue Cross for Dr. Shebelski, Dr. Delparte, and Dr. Mason.
Community resources are another avenue for accessing therapy services which are available at no cost, or low cost. The services below are offered in Regina and Saskatoon. If transportation is a concern, please see internet facilitated therapy options below.

There is a $75.00 per session fee for one-on-one therapy services and a $25-$50 fee for group workshops. U of R students are provided services at a reduced fee of $50 for individual therapy sessions.

These programs are available for any person who is dependent on or affected by another's use of alcohol or drugs. Individuals are assessed according to their needs and placed in the most appropriate combination of programs and services. This could include individual counselling or group sessions for the substance-affected client or family members. On completion of a treatment program, clients may continue with aftercare follow-up services.

Internet Facilitated Therapy
Online Therapy – University of Regina
The Online Therapy Unit consists of trained therapists, or guides, who provide ICBT to individuals who have difficulties with depression, anxiety, alcohol use and other health conditions. Due to professional licensing, there are some courses with therapist support that are only available to residents of Saskatchewan. However, some therapists are registered to provide treatment to individuals in other locations, or courses may be offered as self directed with support from a guide or a coach which then allows all Canadian residents to participate.
